A hiring manager wants to know how fast you fill a role in their sector. A candidate wants to know whether their current employer will ever find out they applied. Those are opposite questions, and a recruitment site that answers both on the same page answers neither. Sitetik builds yours with two front doors, a vacancy list you can actually keep current, and a monthly price instead of a build invoice.

Positionierung ohne Floskeln, Honorare offen genannt — und ein Termin-Widget, das aus Interesse ein Erstgespräch macht.
Open websiteThe homepage tries to sell to a finance director and reassure a nervous applicant in the same paragraph. Neither stays. Two clear entrances at the top fix it, and both conversion rates move.
Good candidates apply from a job they already have. If the site does not say, plainly, what happens to a CV and who sees it, the people you most want simply do not send one.
“Connecting talent with opportunity” describes every agency in the country. Sector, function, seniority and region are what make a client pick up the phone — if the site names them in the first screen.
Recruitment-specific web platforms are excellent and are priced accordingly, often with a setup charge on top of a monthly fee. For a two- or three-person agency that is a lot of overhead before a single placement.
You tell us what you offer — we handle design, copy, technology and support. One dedicated contact, one fixed monthly price, no hidden costs.
Once you advertise roles continuously and receive CVs as attachments, a brochure site is not enough. SCALE adds the maintainable vacancy list, the application route with upload and the two audience entrances, with prioritised support because a vacancy that goes up two days late may already be filled. An executive-search practice that never advertises roles publicly is usually well served by SIGNATURE at €69.
Look at how recruitment websites are sold in the UK and you find two camps. At one end, specialist platforms built around a recruitment CRM — vacancy feeds, candidate portals, job-board syndication — on monthly plans that commonly run into the hundreds of pounds, often with a setup fee as well. At the other, generic small-business templates that have no idea what a recruiter needs and treat a vacancy as a blog post. The platforms are the right answer for a large desk running hundreds of live roles. They are an awkward one for a boutique agency with a dozen.
What a small agency actually needs from its site is narrower and harder to get right. It needs to make one sharp claim about specialism — this sector, these roles, this level, this region — that a client can repeat to a colleague. It needs to show a candidate, in writing, how their data is handled and that nothing goes to an employer without their agreement. And it needs a vacancy list that is current, because a site full of closed roles tells both audiences the agency is not really busy.
That last point is where most small recruitment sites quietly fail. Not on design, on maintenance: roles go up when someone remembers and come down never. Inside a Sitetik subscription, adding and closing vacancies is simply part of the service — send the role, it goes up; tell us it is filled, it comes down. No login to forget, no CMS to learn, no invoice for the change.
One honest boundary, the same one we draw for estate agents: we do not build live integrations with recruitment CRMs or multi-board posting. If your workflow depends on vacancies flowing automatically from your recruitment software to your site, a specialist platform is the better buy, and we will tell you so. If what you need is a site that wins clients and earns candidates' trust, that is precisely what we build.

Many pay-monthly web design plans in the UK start around £75 and go well past £300 a month. If our price looks low next to that, here is exactly why — and what you give in return.
There is no setup fee because the design and build are paid for across the 12-month minimum term rather than invoiced up front. On LAUNCH that means €588 excl. VAT over the first year — and you know that figure before you sign.
What a salon, a restaurant or a roofer needs online — booking, a menu, a project gallery — is already worked out for each sector we serve. Our time goes into your design and your copy, not into rediscovering what your customers look for.
Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are handled as one routine for every client instead of as hours on an invoice. Small changes are part of the plan, so there is no ticket queue and no hourly package to buy.
Industry specialists usually charge a build fee in the four figures; plans with no setup fee are usually generalists. Sitetik is built around combining the two — sector know-how, €0 to start.
The trade-off, honestly: a 12-month minimum term, and prices in euros plus VAT. If you want to own a site outright from day one and maintain it yourself, a one-off build may suit you better — we compare both models openly here.
Credibility, calculators and enquiries.
From €49/month excl. VAT. For a live vacancy list and an application route with CV upload we recommend SCALE at €99/month. Design, copy, hosting, domain and ongoing changes — including adding and closing vacancies — are included, with no setup fee.
No. In this market a setup charge on top of a monthly plan is common, so it is worth checking when you compare. With us the build is financed across the subscription.
The minimum term is 12 months, and it renews for a further 12 unless you give 30 days' notice before the end of the term. Cancellation is in writing by email or through your customer area. If you need month-to-month, another provider will suit you better.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and your copy, vacancy texts and pages remain yours and can be exported at any time.
On SCALE we set the vacancy list up so you can add and close roles without technical knowledge. Most agencies end up simply sending us the role instead, because for an urgent vacancy that is usually the faster route.
No — we do not build live CRM integrations or multi-board posting, and we would rather say so than overpromise. If that automation is central to how you work, a specialist recruitment platform is the better choice. If a dozen well-written, current roles are what you need, we maintain them for you.
Uploads are transmitted encrypted and the form carries your privacy notice and consent wording. What you collect, how long you keep it and on what lawful basis is your decision as the data controller — we implement it accurately on the site and change it when your policy changes.
Both, separately. Most agencies lead with the client route, because that is where revenue comes from, and give candidates an equally visible second entrance to vacancies and speculative applications. We agree the weighting with you in the briefing.
Often not. Search firms sell discretion and method, so positioning, process, sector focus and a way to brief you matter far more than a jobs page. SIGNATURE at €69/month usually covers that; you can move up later if you start advertising.
Yes. Placements can be described by sector, role and level — “interim finance director, mid-size manufacturer, filled in four weeks” — which is usually more persuasive than a logo wall, and nothing is published without your agreement.
We do, from a briefing call and anything you already have. You correct whatever does not sound like your agency, and we revise — before launch and for as long as you are with us.
Usually 7–14 days from the briefing, with the first version back for your approval within the first week.
Every industry we build for, what a website actually costs, and whether a subscription beats a one-off build for your situation.
One short briefing is all it takes — we handle the rest. Your new website is live within 7–14 days.
