Almost nobody finds a management consultant by searching for one. They are given your name — and then they look you up. Your website's real job is to survive that look. Sitetik builds it for a fixed monthly fee, writes the words for you, and keeps it current as your practice changes.
€0 setup fee · from €49/month excl. VAT · online in 7–14 days
Positionierung ohne Floskeln, Honorare offen genannt — und ein Termin-Widget, das aus Interesse ein Erstgespräch macht.
Open websiteStrategy, transformation, process excellence, tailored solutions. Copy that would fit a thousand firms tells a prospect nothing except that you did not want to commit to anything — and commitment is exactly what they are buying.
The work is under NDA, so the case studies never get written, so the site proves nothing. There is a way to show the shape of a piece of work — the situation, the intervention, the change — without naming a client or leaking a number.
A prospect reads, believes you, and then finds a contact form that asks for a subject line. A named next step — a 30-minute call, at a time they pick — is the difference between an enquiry and a bookmark.
Consultancies reposition constantly. If every edit costs a quote and a fortnight, the site freezes at whatever you were doing when it was built, and starts working against you.
You tell us what you offer — we handle design, copy, technology and support. One dedicated contact, one fixed monthly price, no hidden costs.
Consulting sells on substance, and substance needs room: positioning, one page per service line, the cases, the people, the way you work. Signature gives you that as a properly written multi-page site rather than a single page trying to be everything. A solo consultant with one clear proposition can start on LAUNCH at €49.
Consultancy websites are usually judged as if they were shop windows — as though the goal were to attract strangers searching for a consultant. Very little serious consulting work is won that way. It arrives through a referral, a former colleague who moved, a name mentioned in a meeting. What happens next is the part that matters: someone types your firm into a search bar and spends about ninety seconds deciding whether the recommendation holds up.
That visit is not a browse, it is a check. The visitor already half-believes you and is looking for a reason not to. Vague positioning gives them one. No visible people gives them one. A case-studies page with three logos and no story gives them one. Nothing on the site has to sell — it has to fail to disappoint, and then make the next step obvious.
This is also why confidentiality is a weaker excuse than it looks. You cannot name the client or publish the numbers, but you can absolutely describe a situation, the decision that was taken, what changed and how long it took, in a way that a reader in the same position recognises immediately. That recognition is the whole mechanism. A prospect who thinks "that is my problem" has already begun the conversation.
And there is a quieter search opportunity underneath. Not "management consultant", which is contested and mostly attracts the wrong enquiries, but the specific things you actually do — a particular kind of restructuring, a sector, a regulatory deadline, a methodology. Those searches are made by people with a live problem and a budget, and they are usually met with either a global firm's brochure or nothing at all. One honest page per service line competes there far better than a homepage trying to rank for everything.

From €49/month excl. VAT on LAUNCH, or €69 on SIGNATURE — which is what most firms take, because service lines, cases and people each need their own page. Design, copy, hosting, domain and every ongoing change are inside that price.
No. No setup fee and no four-figure invoice before you start. The build is financed across the subscription instead, which is the whole point of the model.
Stated plainly rather than buried: the minimum term is 12 months, and it renews for a further 12 unless you give 30 days' notice before the end of the term. Cancellation is in writing by email or through your customer area. If you need a genuinely month-to-month arrangement, another provider is the better fit and we will say so.
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and your copy stays yours and can be exported whenever you want. There is no clause that keeps the site hostage for a period after you leave — worth checking with any provider advertising a rolling monthly price.
Yes, and this is the part we spend the most time on with consultancies. We structure each case as situation, intervention, outcome — sector and company size instead of a name, direction and timeframe instead of a confidential figure. It stays inside your obligations and still lets a reader recognise their own problem in it.
That is largely what the briefing is. We work out who you are actually for, what you are demonstrably better at, and what you are prepared to say no to — then write it in a sentence a client could repeat to a colleague. Consultancies are usually surprised by how much of the work is subtraction.
We do, from a briefing conversation and whatever material you already have. You are not sent an empty template and a deadline. You review, you correct anything that is not quite right, and we revise — as often as it takes, before launch and afterwards.
Yes. We integrate a calendar booking or a short request form, depending on how much control you want over who lands in your diary. For senior advisory work a brief qualifying question or two usually beats a wide-open calendar link.
Yes, and it is worth doing if you will keep it up. We build the section, and you can send pieces across for us to publish as part of the subscription. If you know you will write two articles and stop, we will tell you to leave it out — an insight page last updated two years ago costs you more credibility than it adds.
That is the design brief. Advisory work is presented calmly: restrained typography, generous space, real people, no stock photography of handshakes. The site should read as though it belongs to a firm that charges what you charge.
Usually 7–14 days. After one briefing we build, and the first version comes back for approval inside the first week.
Every industry we build for, what a website actually costs, and whether a subscription beats a one-off build for your situation.
One short briefing is all it takes — we handle the rest. Your new website is live within 7–14 days.
